We are so thrilled to finally be home in Walnut Creek!!!
Our drive from Orange County was a little bit challenging, but it was completely worth it to walk in the door and see a gorgeous wreath on the door from my wonderful friends Tara and Kristina, and a little Christmas tree that our amazing neighbors who were taking care of Coco put up!!! We are so blessed with the people in our lives.
The twins had a tough night sleeping because of the journey, but we are hopeful after a normal day of rest and eating, they will sleep normally tonight.
MORE GOOD NEWS: We took the babies to the pediatrician again and Carmel has gained over a pound (1lb 2oz) since her discharge! She is 5lbs 5oz! Michael, the big guy, has gained 1lb 5oz since discharge, for a weight of 7lbs 10oz! They are growing so well. But Michael has a little bit of a cold. No more parties for him for a while. :-)
